What’s New at & Other Stories + A/W Fashion Inspiration

Since recently moving back to London I walk by an & Other Stories shop at least once a week. There is a location that is a five-minute walk from my university and I love checking out the window displays. The days are slowly becoming shorter and colder as winter approaches. When it is chilly out and I walk by a store with beautiful sweaters on display, I am lured inside. & Other Stories is one of those stores that always looks warm inviting, even on a gray day. This blog post will be highlighting what is new in-store and will provide some autumn/winter fashion inspiration.

Capsule Collection

& Other Stories currently has a winter capsule collection called cozy glamour. The collection is inspired by 70’s glam and includes pieces with faux fur. The winter capsule collection has brown, purple, and cream colorways. Pictured below are my top three pieces from the capsule. Shop the looks: Belted Pile Coat (£165), Intarsia Knit Midi Dress (£165), Buttoned Wool Coat (£175).

New Clothing

Below are pictures of my four favorite pieces from the new clothing section at & Other Stories. I love the look of mini skirts/shorts worn with tights and a large coat in autumn/winter time. The shorts featured below could be paired with tights for a cute American Thanksgiving outfit. The silk shirt caught my eye because of its coloring which reminded me of winter storms. Shop the looks: Wool Tweed Mini Skirt (£75), Jacquard Shorts (£65), Mulberry Silk Shirt (£120), Gold Button Cardigan (£75).

New Accessories

Accessories are a fun way to spice up your look. Purchasing a new scarf or jewelry can help you refresh your seasonal wardrobe on a budget. Typically accessories are cheaper than clothes and can be a great, inexpensive way to bring in new items. Pictured below are my top three favorite new accessories from & Other Stories. Shop the looks: Floral Lace Triangle Soft Bra (£27), Dangling Stone Pendant Earings (£17), Stripped Light Wool Scarf (£45).

Happy Shopping!

XO, Alicia

I can see and feel the difference in clothing and materials that does speak of style but also the warmer and thicker materials. I am aware this must deal with the weather. I really appreciate your blog.

Love the color of the buttoned wool coat!

How interesting to think of “cost-per-wear”. That would certainly start me thinking and prevent a full closet with nothing to wear. And certainly goes along with “sustainable”. I like those ideas.
