Copenhagen fashion week happens twice a year and is the leading Nordic fashion week. Spring/Summer 2023 fashion week took place from August 9-12 and was meant to inspire and encourage the fashion industry to become more sustainable. Copenhagen fashion week kicks off an autumn season filled with fashion shows. It is the first fashion week where late summer/early autumn street style can be appreciated. My favourite show was the Ganni show which had a playful runway and brightly coloured collection. This blog post will feature some of my favourite street style outfits from Copenhagen fashion week.
Blue Never Goes Out of Style
Some of my favourite Copenhagen street style outfits are built around the colour blue. Blue is flattering on all skin tones and is one of my favourite colours to wear. Blue will never go out of style and will continue to be a top colour for all fashion seasons. Silk and denim are two fabrics that were worn a lot during Copenhagen fashion week.
Tall Boots
I am ready for autumn fashion to arrive so I can embrace tall boots. I was excited to see tall boots styled at Copenhagen fashion week and think they could be a key trend this autumn. Tall boots are very versatile and come in many styles so everyone can easily find a pair that fits their own style.
